After two trips to the toilet aisle, I discovered my plumbing knowledge was about as accurate as my original guess — I needed a 10-inch rough-in, not a 12-inch! At that point, I knew I was in trouble. I called three other plumbing companies, and they all said they could maybe come out in 3–4 days. Meanwhile, my toilet was basically trying to become an indoor fountain. J&J came out quickly, ready to help, and saved me from turning a simple project into a full-blown plumbing adventure.
